What is Mia?
Mia is the AI built into Reach My Leads. It reads your contacts, conversations and pipeline, tells you what needs attention, drafts replies and content, and suggests next steps.
Will Mia message my customers on its own?
No. Mia suggests and you approve. The only messages that go out automatically are the drips and automations you set up yourself.
How does per-location pricing work?
Each location picks its own plan, so one location can be on Growth while another stays on Starter.
Do I need my own phone provider?
No. On Starter you can connect RingCentral or Twilio at no extra cost, or add minute and text packs with a number from us. Growth includes a local number and 1,000 minutes a month, and Pro includes 2,500.
What are AI credits?
Every Mia AI action uses a few credits. Starter comes with 200 intro credits once. Growth includes 1,000 every month and Pro 3,000. Any paid plan can add packs, starting at $10 for 1,000.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. CRM, pipelines, your business health score and team management cost nothing. On Free you move leads through your pipeline by hand. Upgrade to Starter for texting, calling and automations.
What is 10DLC and do you help with it?
US carriers require businesses to register before texting from a regular local number. Mia walks you through the registration step by step. Each application has a one-time $50 fee, and if the carrier declines it, reapplying costs $50 again.
